We are now accepting nominations for the following special awards. The deadline to submit nominations is November 3, 2025.
Captain of Industry – Click here to submit nomination
- NAMAR must be the Primary Association
- Minimum of 10 years in Real Estate
- Active in Association activities/Committee Involvement/Community Service
- Production will not be a consideration for this award
- Applications will be reviewed by Nominating Committee and that committee will make the selection
Broker of the Year – Click here to submit nomination
- NOMINEE MUST HOLD BROKER membership with the board during the entire year of 2025
- Judging will be on the basis of the year’s activities during the “Period of Consideration”. Dates of activities must be shown.
REALTOR of the Year – Click here to submit nomination
- NOMINEE MUST HOLD BROKER membership with the board during the entire year of 2025
- Judging will be on the basis of the year’s activities during the “Period of Consideration”. Dates of activities must be shown.
Rookie of the Year – Click here to submit nomination
- Licensed for less than two years in qualifying year
- $75,000 GCI or 15 closed transactions in the qualifying year. In case of a tie in # of units, the higher GCI trumps number of transactions.
- NAMAR must be the Primary Association.
