This content-rich and visually engaging 3-hour CE course teaches real estate licensees how to create modern digital marketing materials using Canva while complying with Georgia License Law, GREC advertising rules, and Fair Housing guidelines. Agents will evaluate examples of compliant and non-compliant ads, identify risk factors in personal branding, and construct legally sound digital templates that support consumer trust. This course emphasizes Rule 520-1-.09, Rule 520-1-.05, Rule 520-1-.10, O.C.G.A. § 43-40-25(b), and Fair Housing advertising standards.
