Demonstrate knowledge of the history and impact of housing discrimination by summarizing a minimum of 3 key historical events and their effects on current housing inequalities. 

• Identify and articulate the protections under federal and Georgia fair housing laws by listing protected classes and explaining specific legal requirements. 
• Recognize and mitigate implicit bias in real estate transactions by participating in role-playing exercises and discussing at least 1 example of biased behavior. 
• Apply anti-bias practices in advertising, client communication, and decisionmaking by creating a sample material and explaining how they align with fair housing guidelines. 
• Evaluate real-world scenarios to identify fair housing violations and propose a minimum of 1 actionable corrective strategy through group discussions and case studies.
