You will gain a foundation of Medicare Part A, Part B, Part C (Medicare Advantage) and Part D (Prescription Drug Plan) and Medigap plans (aka Medicare Supplement plans). Areas include: when to apply, how to apply, how it interacts with private insurance, deductibles and what factors to include in choosing the right plan. Can you contribute to your HSA account after you move to Medicare? We explore how to evaluate if you should stay on employer plan at age 65 or move to Medicare and continue working at your employer. This is a growing trend! Our perspective includes how your Medicare choices/costs affect your retirement funds,(pros and cons).
