CE CLASS: What You Need to Know About Financing
This course presents fundamental concepts regarding the mortgage process, including market updates and creative financing options. The course will cover the process beginning with prequalification through closing. The attendees will be provided with a detailed description of the loan process along with the various loan programs available. We will discuss the most common causes of challenges that arise throughout the mortgage process and how these can be avoided.
