The Course will focus on the basic concept of mortgages, the most common loan products adn the advantages and disadvantages of each one. In depth discussions about interest rates, historical data, fixed versus ARMS and the impact rates have on buyer’s cash to close, reting versus buying and specialty loan programs. Upon completion of this course the salesperson will be better equipped to understand clients’ option for home financing.
