Course Objectives:
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Identify WHAT radon gas is and understand the decay process
- Understand WHERE radon gas can be found locally and nationally
- Comprehend WHY radon is dangerous to humans and how if harms the body
- Describe WHEN radon levels should be tested and when mitigation should be performed.
- Identify WHO is qualified to perform radon testing and why
- Understand the function and benefits of radon mitigation systems.
- Comprehend how Radon can affect the sale of a home
