You are a broker which means that you are responsible for your actions as well as the actions of your agents. Do you have protections in place? Have you informed your affiliates of protocols at your firm? This course has been specifically designed for brokers managing brokerages firms to explore the vulnerabilities that may be present in the brokerage firm.
- Identify areas of vulnerability.
- Draft policies to incorporate to address vulnerable areas.
- Explain newly adopted policies to affiliated agents.
- Formulate a plan to enforce the old and new policies.
