We are now accepting nominations for Special Awards.
Every year, NAMAR recognizes the following special awards. Please submit by Noon on March 29, 2024

Rookie of the Year will recognize one agent in the areas of New Homes, Resales and Team. You may nominate one agent per category from your office.
- Licensed for less than two years in qualifying year
- $75,000 GCI or 15 closed transactions in the qualifying year. In case of a tie in # of units, the higher GCI trumps number of transactions.
- NAMAR must be the Primary Association.
24 hour cancellation notice: Please notify us 24 hours prior to class or event if you will not be able to attend. Without notification, no refunds will be issued. Additionally, if you request to be rescheduled to another course date, and did not give notification, then you will pay the fee again.
