REALTOR® Code of Ethics Course

All REALTOR® Members are required to complete a REALTOR® Code of Ethics course within 90 Days of joining the Board. Failure to complete the course by that date will result in suspension until course completion, regardless of the status of dues payment. Suspension of services includes all board, state association and NAR dues-based services.

Membership Types

Below are the different types of membership.

 

New Agents
If you are a new agent, Click on the link above to submit the REALTOR® Application and Dues Payment. There is a one-time application fee of $50 for New REALTORS® Only. Dues will be prorated beginning in March and is based on when you placed your license with the Broker.

Transferring / Reinstating Agents

If you are transferring from another Board or Association or have been Inactive for several years, click on the link above to submit the REALTOR® Application. There is a one-time reinstatement/transferring fee of $50 for transferring/reinstating agents. Dues will be  prorated beginning in March and is based on when you placed your license with the Broker.

Secondary Member

Must be primary with another Board. Secondary dues are $125.00 / Secondary Out of State dues are $225.00.

Company/Broker (New)
There is a one-time fee of $50 for new a Company/Broker. The Broker pays the dues of $420.  If you are joining as a Secondary Member, the broker will only pay the local dues of $125.00 or $225 if Secondary Out of State and active agents will have a choice of joining either the Primary or Secondary Board. If you are a current member and starting a new company and have already paid your 2023 NAMAR Dues, you will just owe the $50 Application Fee. Once the Broker joins NAMAR, all active real estate agents with the company are required to join NAMAR within 30 days or a Board that the company is affiliated. Dues will be prorated beginning in March.
