Dates of activities must be shown.\n\n  \nREALTOR of the Year – Click here to submit nomination\n\nNOMINEE MUST HOLD BROKER membership with the board during the entire year of 2025\nJudging will be on the basis of the year’s activities during the “Period of Consideration”. Dates of activities must be shown.\n\n\n\nRookie of the Year – Click here to submit nomination\n\nLicensed for less than two years in qualifying year\n$75\,000 GCI or 15 closed transactions in the qualifying year. In case of a tie in # of units\, the higher GCI trumps number of transactions.\nNAMAR must be the Primary Association.
